Document Time Sorting Options
The system has context menu option in that appear for different modules.
For sorting we have item sorting and account sorting.
There is one more option for sorting but it is not a document time sorting option and this is BP sorting.
Item sorting
In modules where there is item selections you can change the sorting selection by right clicking in the item column and selecting 'sort'
this will toggle between sorting by item code and item description.
Account Sorting
In modules where the account column is there you can change the sort order by right clicking in the account column and selecting sort.
this will toggle between sorting by account code and account description.
BP Sorting
BP sorting is not document time changeable. which means you cannot change the sorting order when creating a document.
the setting can be found
Maintenance -> User -> User Default Setting.
here you can also set your user level item and account sort order.
