Effortless Document Customization: A Guide to Editing and Organizing Columns

Edit columns of document table

Right-click on any column header of your document table.
Click "Edit Column".


The column header row will turn grey.

When the header row is grey in colour, users may:

1. Resize the length of each column.
Click and drag the borders of each column header.


2. Rearrange the position of the columns.
Click and drag the column header to move it to your desired location.


3.. Choose which columns are displayed or hidden away.
Right-click the column header and select "Hide/Unhide Column".


The "Column Dialog" will appear.
Ticked fields will appear as a column, whereas unticked fields remain hidden.



Remember to save your changes.
Right-click the column header and select "Save".


These changes are saved to your login account, and will not be in effect for other users.
