GSTADMIN role
For SAM system, we have added a new role.
GSTADMIN.
the purpose of the role is to lock the GST period.
User roles can be assigned by going
Maintenance -> Access control -> User
Edit the user that you want to assign the role.
tick 'GSTADMIN'
