How to Export Document to PDF?

Scenario

How can I export a document from Accounting system as a PDF file.

Solution

You can export documents from Accounting System as PDF file by Click on the Export Button from all the available modules.

Steps

1. We can choose any one of the Module to export a document from Accounting System.
2. Click SALES -> QUOTATION -> SELECT ANY ONE FROM THE LIST
3. As you see from the following screen shot click on the Export Button and choose the location from your computer to save it.

Verify from your system folder the exported PDF file can be open with Adobe Acrobat Reader, Done.
