Cheque Printing

Setting New Cheque Layout & Fine Tuning

STEPS:

1. Click Purchases activity
2. Click Payment module
3. Click EDIT on one of your payments
4. At the middle-bottom of the module, Right-Click on your CHEQUE LAYOUT
5. Click NEW
6. Click Create
   

STEPS:

1. CODE enter Canon
2. DEFAULT Tick
3. TYPE select SGD-UOB
4. NAME enter Canon Printer
5. FRONT select Arial
6. Brand select Canon
7. MODEL select Canon LBP6200
1. Enter your printer specifications
   
2. Upon clicking, the preset margins for the respective bank cheque's measurements will be set to your layout.
8. COUNTRY select Singapore
9. CURRENCY select SGD
10. Select your BANK
11. Click Add
    

STEPS:

1. To fine tune, click on the respective element and click the arrows button on the left section.
2. “Left / Right” denotes Left and Right, while “Up / Down” denotes Up and Down. 
3. Meaning, if you would like to adjust the entire printout to be lower you enter a number in the “Up / Down” box.  Or enter a number in “Left / Right” if you would adjust it the right
4. The number is in millimeter. Meaning, if you enter “-2” in “Left / Right” box, you would move the printout to the left by 2mm. A positive “2” will move it the right instead.
   

Nos. is in millimeters.

STEPS:

1. CHEQUE LAYOUT select CANON – CANON PRINTER
1. This is to select the layout setting previously setup
2. A/C PAYEE ONLY Tick
   
1. This will crossed-out the cheque.
   
3. BEARER Tick
   
1. This will strike-off the Bearer.
   
4. Remark Un-Tick
1. You may tick this if you want the remark to be also printed on the cheque.
5. Click PRINT CHEQUE
1. Insert a cheque into your printer and you can get the cheque printed.
