Product Specific Terms & Conditions

These Product Specific Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with OCi's standard terms and conditions. (https://support.ocisystem.com/portal/en/kb/articles/terms-conditions)
In the event of any conflict between these Product Specific Terms and Conditions and the Standard Terms and Conditions, then these Product Specific Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

OCi System reserves the right to update Product Specific Terms & Conditions without prior notice. 

Product Specific Terms and Conditions

OCi ACC PayLite

PayLite is a function limited version of the SAM system.  There are restrictions are applied to this system.

Data size limit

size limit is 2 GB per serial number. system will prevent user/s from creating or updating existing entries once the limit is passed.

Data Purge

User has the open to purge their transaction on their own or engage Ad-Hoc purge services.

User Limit

Paylite license is base on User. Note the Difference from SAM system where the licence is concurrent login.

Support Limits

Usage level support is done via coaching session. 

Unusual Activity 

Paylite is a shared resources system. if unusual activity is detected that impacts the performance of the server and other users, OCi reserves the right to lock the system.
OCi will attempt to provide notice, however if OCi deems it necessary the user's system will be locked
Unusual Activity is defined but not limited to:
  1. Attempts to exploit the system
  2. purposeful attempts to flood the system (DDOS like actions)

InvoiceNow Accelerate – SAMLite (Single User)

The InvoiceNow Accelerate programme is administered by IMDA.
the SAMLite product is a mark down version of the SAM system. There following restrictions apply this product.

Limited License

SAMLite is limited to a 12 month service.  You can upgrade to the full system at any time. 

Limited Support

As a mark down product support communication method is only via email.

Confidentiality 

The general confidentiality clause still apply,with the added clause that should IMDA provide a written request for information.  
OCi System is required to disclose information from the InvoiceNow Accelerate programme with IMDA should information be requested.

Data size limit

size limit is 300MB per serial number. system will prevent user/s from creating or updating existing entries once the limit is passed.

Data retention

Only PEPPOL formatted XML data will be retained. SQL data will be lost on service end. XML data can only be held for 30 days.
Request for the PEPPOL XML data should be done before service end.
