Receiving 'Timeout' error messages.

Timeout type error occur when the system takes too long to complete a request.

The default timeout is set to 3-5 mins. 
the system has a function to manually extend this. this is done by placing a configuration file in the application folder.

the application folder can be found in the user profile folder.

%localappdata%\OCiSystem

you can enter the following information in the window explorer address bar.



depending on your software installed, the sub folder you go into will differ.
go into either AC10 or AC10r2 and place a copy of the attachment (Config.xml) in the folder.
