Screenshots for troubleshoot

A useful tool that can speed up the troubleshooting process is a screenshot of the issue.
Provide a full screen screenshot,
there are multiple method to take a screenshot.

  1. Using Print Screen (PrtScn) Key:
  1. Press the PrtScn key to capture the entire screen. This will copy the screenshot to your clipboard.
  2. Open an image editing program (like Paint) and paste the screenshot (Ctrl + V).
  3. You can use Word or Excel too
  4. Save the file.
  1. Using Snipping Tool:
  1. Search for "Snipping Tool" in the Start menu.
  2. Open the tool and click on "New" to select the area you want to capture.
  3. Save the screenshot.
  1. Using Snip & Sketch:
  1. Press Windows + Shift + S.
  2. Select the area you want to capture. The screenshot will be copied to your clipboard.
  3. You can paste it into an image editor or document.
Remember to attach the document or image to the email.
