> Click MAINTENANCE Activity
> Click ACCESS CONTROL
> Click ROLES module

For Standard Version
ALL
 For Standard Version, you can setup Roles for users with or without rights to access modules
For Enhance Version
More controls are available for Enhanced Version
READ
Read enable user to only view the module.
NEW
New allows user to create new document.
EDIT
Edit allows user to amend past documents.
DELETE/VOID
User will be allowed to delete past documents.
PRINT
Enable user to print transaction documents.
VIEW HISTORY
Allow user to view the past amendments to the document.
REPORT
Enable user to view and print report for the module

Note: Depending on number of additional company licenses you have purchased, additional companies will be displayed as the next column.

Assigning Rights to All Modules

> Click COMPANY NAME (at the header)
> Click ALL
This assigns Full rights to all the modules for this company. 
> Un-tick DELETE/VOID.
> Un-tick REPORT
This removes the rights for user to Delete and Print Report for all the modules

Assigning Rights to Selected Modules

This is to clear the selections.
> Un-Tick ALL
> Click on INVOICE button
> Press CTRL & click RECEIPT
This enable you to select multiple modules at one go.
> Press CTRL & click PAYMENT
> Tick ALL 
This will assign user with full access rights to Invoice, Receipt and Payment modules.
> Click CANCEL
> Close module
