Updating letterhead and footers.

We have created powerpoint templates to make it easier for users to update their letterhead or footers.

Our default letterhead and footer can be found

Your company specific template can be found in your database.

Once you have your template, you can begin editing.
Powerpoint is similar to Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel so the usage will be similar.
here is a simple guide on 
Using the powerpoint templates

Now that you have your letterhead/footer, you will need to upload your image to the system.

Under 
Setup -> Company Details -> Company Picture



This are the letterhead and footers you can adjust.


Click anywhere in the preview box. And a dialog box will popup asking for your image.



Select your image and click open. the new image will appear in your preview screen.


 click update to save.
