Using the powerpoint templates

Our standard document layouts uses images(pictures) for the letterhead and footers.
This gives the user the ability to edit portions of their document layout.

the powerpoint template has been sized such that the image exported will fit in the standard layout.

the template has a few slides that we have pre-created.
 


you can edit these slides to your requirement.

You can use the text box control to add words.



once you are done with your changes
you can click on file -> save as.



change the 'Save as type' to JPEG.
select a location. if you are unsure choose Desktop
please remember to change the file name too.



After you click save it will prompt you which slides you want to save.
you can choose current slide. this will save the slide you are on as an image file.



once done you can proceed to upload the image.
