Resizing Letterhead/Footer images

The standard document layout uses images for the letterhead and footers.
Sometimes these images can be a few hundred KB in size.
these large image will contribute to the generated PDF size.
Note if you are printing physical documents reducing the image size too small will have some impact on the print quality.

This guide is will go though using PowerPoint to export the slide as an image. and using Microsoft Paint to resize.
Always make a copy of the file you are changing.

Step 1
Export the slide as image.



Step 2
Using MS Paint to resize the image.
Ensure that the maintain aspect ratio is enabled. 
I'm using 50% as general, you can change the percentage. 



Step 3. 
if the size is still greater then 200KB, you can repeat step 2.

Step 4.
Upload the image to the system.
