When Support requests that you do a speedtest we want to check the stability of your internet connection.
Most speed test tools will provide some form of stability (responsiveness) information.
Normally, tools will give a "ping" latency in ms.
This is how long it takes a packet of data to reach a specific destination from your location.
Doing a proper ping test would be best, but a speedtest will suffice for a quick check.
Since speedtest tools differ, we'll cover 2 tools.
A simple tool provides a quick view of your stability ( you need to click on ADDITIONAL INFORMATION)
