LISTING REPORTS / Invoice Listing

Document Listings are available for all modules in Sales and Purchase activities

 

Alert
STEPS:

  1. Click SALES activity
  2. Click INVOICE module
  3. Select a report
  4. Click REPORT


FINANCIAL REPORTSProfit & Loss Income Statement

STEPS:

  1. Click REPORT activity
  2. Click FINANCIAL
  3. Click PROFIT/LOSS module
  4. FROM & TO select your period
  5. Click REFRESH
    Note that you can also drill down on the displayed list.
  6. Printout to select report
  7. Click PRINT

  1. Click REPORT activity
  2. Click FINANCIAL
  3. Click TRIAL BALANCE module

At Trial Balance:
  1. Select UOB AC 123-45678-9
  2. Double-Click
This will trigger the General Ledger to pop-up. It will display the entries that total up to the displayed amount.
At General Ledger:
  1. Select a document
  2. Double-Click

DETAILS TRACING / Viewing Transaction GL Entries

General Ledger (GL) entries can be found in all the modules in Sales and Purchases activities, except for Quotation, Delivery Order and Purchase Order modules

  1. Click SALES activity
  2. Click INVOICE module
  3. Select any Invoice
  4. Click EDIT
  5. Click GL 
    General Ledger Dialogue box will pop up, and you can see the double entries for this invoice


View History Log

  1. Click SALES activity
  2. Click INVOICE module
  3. Select any Invoice
  4. Click HISTORY LOG
You will notice that the list is only displaying the selected document number.
It indicates number of time this same invoice has been amended.
In this example, you can see that the invoice has been amended, as there is more than one version.
You can see that the invoice’s date has been changed. Note that you may click VIEW to see the details of every version
