2.0. Setting Up Your CRM

Leads Status


The purpose of Leads Status is to mark a milestone achieved with every stage on the outstanding leads. 
You may like to have a series of milestones that is appropriate for your operations.  Below is a list of examples. 
  1. Not Contacted 
  2. Attempted to Contact 
  3. Quotation Submitted 
  4. Contact in Future 
  5. Lost Lead 
  6. Junk Lead

STEPS:
  1. Click CRM > LEADS > LEADS STATUS


Creating A New Leads Status

STEPS:
  1. Click CRM > LEADS > LEADS STATUS
  2. Click NEW

STEPS:
  1. Name - Enter an appropriate milestone description for the new Leads Status.
  2. Display Order - Enter a number to mark the position of the milestone. 
    (The number should be from 0 to 999, and the milestones will be listed sequentially based on this number.)
  3. Click ADD to save







Note Type



Note Type is for you to record which mode of communication was used to obtain the note when updating the status of a lead as it progresses.
Below is a list of examples.
  1. Email (Inbound)
  2. Email (Outbound)
  3. Our Visit
  4. Phone (Incoming)
  5. Phone (Outgoing)
  6. Walk-In

  1. Click CRM > LEADS > NOTE TYPE


Create A New Note Type

  1. Click CRM > LEADS > NOTE TYPE
  2. Click on NEW
  3. Name - Enter a description for the new Note Type
  4. Click ADD to save







Campaign Type


Campaign Type is the form your campaign is executed.  Below is a list of examples.
  1. Email Blast
  2. Facebook
  3. Google Ads
  4. Mailers

  1. Click CRM > CAMPAIGN > CAMPAIGN TYPE














Create A New Campaign Type

  1. Click CRM > CAMPAIGN > CAMPAIGN TYPE
  2. Click NEW 
  3. Name - Enter a description for the new Campaign Type 
  4. Click ADD to save
