Using Favourite

Favourite is an Activity area for you to set commonly used modules shortcuts.

This is to provide you a shortcut instead of clicking on Activities buttons to hunt down on the desired Modules.

Adding to Favourite

STEPS:

1. Go to Favourite Activity
   You can see that there are no module links there
2. Go to Sales Activity
   
3. Click SALES Activity
   
4. Right-Click QUOTATION
   
5. Click ADD TO FAVOURITE
   
6. Right-Click INVOICE
   
7. Click ADD TO FAVOURITE Adding links to Favourite Activity
   This will enable you to add Quotation & Invoice modules shortcuts to the favourite activity
8. Go to Purchase Activity
   
9. Click PURCHASE Activity
   
10. Right-Click PAYMENT
    
11. Click ADD TO FAVOURITE
    This will enable you to add Payment module shortcut to the favourite activity
12. Go to Report Activity
    
13. Click REPORT Activity
    
14. Click AR/AP Group
    
15. Right-Click STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT
    
16. Click ADD TO FAVOURITE This will enable you to add Statement of Account module shortcut to the favourite activity

Removing from Favourite

STEPS:

1. Go to Favourite Activity
   
2. Click FAVOURITE Activity
   
3. Right-Click QUOTATION
   
4. Click REMOVE FROM FAVOURITE
   
5. Right-Click INVOICE
   
6. Click REMOVE FROM FAVOURITE
   
7. Right-Click PAYMENT
   
8. Click REMOVE FROM FAVOURITE
   
9. Right-Click STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT
   
10. Click REMOVE FROM FAVOURITE You will remove all the shortcut links at Favourite Activity
