PEPPOL Order Module
Steps:
1) Go to Sales Activities
2) Click PEPPOL Order Module
3) System will show the PEPPOL Order listing that have created under PEPPOL Order module
Handling PEPPOL Order
Steps:
1) Under PEPPOL ORDER module
2) From the PEPPOL Listing, you can check the status of the PEPPOL Order document under the "Status" Column.
Receiving PEPPOL Order
Steps:
1) Check Order No
2) The subject column will indicate an "ORDER" .
3) Acknowledge the PEPPOL Order Response (refer below guide 1.2)
4) Flip the Invoice (refer below guide 1.3)
Receiving PEPPOL Order Balance
Steps:
1) Check Order No and then Order Reference
2) Acknowledge PEPPOL Order Response (refer to below guide 1.2)
3) Check the quantity in the Order Balance, it should be used as an additional validation rule to prevent the creation of an Invoice that is flipped from the received Order, where the invoiced quantity must not exceed the quantity of the received Order Balance.
4) Flip Invoice (refer below guide 1.3.)
Receiving PEPPOL Order Change
Steps:
1) Check Subject , Order No , and Order Ref.
2) Acknowledge the PEPPOL Order Response (refer below guide 1.2)
3) Issue a Credit Note if Invoice flip before receiving an Order Change
4) If there is no receiving an Order Changes, Flip Invoice (refer to below guide 1.3)
Receiving PEPPOL Order Cancel
Steps:
1) Check Subject , Order No, and Order Ref.
2) Acknowledge PEPPOL Order Response (refer below guide 1.2.)
3) Issue a Credit Note if Invoice flip before receiving an Order cancelation
4) If not, it should be used as an additional validation rule to prevent the creation of an Invoice.
1.2 PEPPOL Order Response
Steps:
1) Go to Sales Activities -> PEPPOL Order module
2) Select Order and Click Edit
3) Choose PEPPOL Order Properties
4) Update Order Response with Response Code
5) Click Select
6) Update the properties
Under PEPPOL Response , click Send and select Message Acknowledgement
Under PEPPOL Response, click Send and Select Accepted
Sales Invoice Module
If Direct Invoice
- Please create Invoice direct from Invoice Module (Under SALES Activities -> Invoice)
- Use List of Ministries / Statutory Boards and corresponding Sub-Business Unit ID for Buyer Reference (AGD requirement only).
1.3 If Invoice Flip from PEPPOL Order
Steps:
1) Go to Sales Activities -> Sales Invoice
2) Click New
3) Select Business Partner (Customer)
4) Click Import
5) Select PEPPOL Order and then Order Number
6) Choose Flip Order
7) Click Add
The system will convert the PEPPOL Order to Invoice. If you need to remove the item from the Invoice , select the Item and click "-" icon.
You can now send Invoice via PEPPOL e-Invoice. Click the "PEPPOL" icon and send the Invoice.
Check PEPPOL Send Invoice Status
Steps:
1) Go to Tools -> GST InvoiceNow Submission Log
2) Click ellipsis "… "
3) Select the Invoices
4) An IRAS message will shown.

Check PEPPOL Invoice Response
Steps:
1) Go to Sales Activities -> Invoice
2) Select the Invoice
3) Click Properties
4) At the Invoice Response section , click Show.

Supplier Invoice Module
Receiving Supplier PEPPOL Invoice
Steps:
1) Go to Purchase Activities > Supplier Invoice Module
2) Click on Import PEPPOL, choose “…” icon
3) Select the document you wish to download

Preview PEPPOL Supplier Invoice
Steps:
1) Go to Purchase Activities > Supplier Invoice Module
2) Select Invoice
3) Click Edit
Check PEPPOL Supplier Invoice Response
Steps:
1) Additional fields for PEPPOL (Supplier Invoice) can be found on the properties tab
2) Click on the Invoice Response Update
3) A PEPPOL Response screen will pop up
4) Select Response Code
5) Choose Update


If PEPPOL Invoice response rejected. Need clarification and Reason Code
Others
Company Registration
Steps:
1) Go to Setup -> Company Registration
2) Click Edit
3) Enter Company UEN and Email Address
Invoice Term (AGD Requirement)
It is mandatory to select the Payment Term.
PEPPOL Requirement Field (AGD Requirement)
Steps:
1. Check Order, Invoice and Supplier Invoice Module
2. Click Properties
Customer Contact Name (AGD Requirement) Steps:
1) Go to Setup -> Customer / Vendor -> Business Partner
2) Attn: (Validation of 20 acceptable characters)
