5.0. Manage Column

Switching Column Sequence

STEPS:
  1. Go to SALES Activity
  2. Click QUOTATION Module
  3. Click Edit button In this example, Quotation module is used. You can do this for any of the module.
  4. Move mouse to any detail Header (see pic. red box)
  5. Right-Click
  6. Select & Click EDIT COLUMN
    This will switch the detail header to edit mode.
  7. Click & Hold on UOM header
  8. Move mouse to between QTY and UNIT PRICE headers
  9. Release Click Now you will be able to move any header in any sequence that you like.
    Note that this does not affect the printout.
  10. Move mouse to any detail Header
  11. Right-Click
  12. Select & Click SAVE You have to save your changes.
    Note that your settings do not affect other login user.
    Settings are save referenced login user ID.

Changing Column Width

STEPS:
  1. Move mouse to any detail Header
  2. Right-Click
  3. Select & Click EDIT COLUMN This will switch the detail header to edit mode.
  4. Move mouse between DESCRIPTION & QTY headers till the mouse turn into ←→
  5. Click & Hold to adjust the width
  6. Release Click
    Now you will be able to move any header to adjust the respective width
    Note that this dos not affect the printout.
  7. Move mouse to any detail Header
  8. Right-Click
  9. Select & Click SAVE You have to save your changes.
    Note that your settings do not affect other login user.
    Settings are save referenced login user ID.

Hiding or Un-hiding Columns

STEPS:
  1. Move mouse to any detail Header
  2. Right-Click
  3. Select & Click EDIT COLUMN This will switch the detail header to edit mode.
  4. Column Dialog
  5. Right-Click at header again
  6. Select & Click HIDE/UNHIDE COLUMN This is to hide or unhide detail columns Note that this does not affect the printout.
  7. Un-Tick on DISCOUNT (%)
  8. Un-Tick on DISCOUNT
  9. Click OK This is to hide the Discount(%) and Discount Column
    Notice that the 2 columns disappeared after you click OK.
  10. Move mouse to any detail Header
  11. Right-Click
  12. Select & Click SAVE You have to save your changes.
    Note that your settings do not affect other login user. Settings are save referenced login user ID.
